About Me

I am a Senior Lecturer in the Research School of Finance, Actuarial Studies and Statistics at the Australian National University. Before joining ANU, I served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Washington University in St Louis. I obtained my PhD in Economics from Arizona State University.

My research agenda studies the economics of information and the consequences of information technologies for markets, organizations, and democratic institutions. Current projects examine artificial intelligence, digital platforms, political economy, financial technology, crowdfunding, and financial markets, with attention to how information is produced, filtered, aggregated, and acted upon.
